Honoring the legend whose hometown Indiana was, the Jimmy Stewart Museum is dedicated to sharing and memorializing the accomplishments of this internationally famous big screen legend and wartime hero. Sit in a 1930's-styled movie theater and watch clips from some of Stewart's film career, where he acted in movies including "It's A Wonderful Life" and "Rear Window." See collectible items like baby photos of Stewart and some of his relatives and his father's old office desk in addition to movie posters and awards that were given to Stewart. The museum inhabits the third floor of the Indiana Public Library, located near the center of town.
